Eggcellent
I feed my hens on weeds, old veg plants, layer pellets and grass cuttings.
In turn they each provide me a daily egg.
And from those eggs I can make a plethora of deliciousness. Two of today’s eggs - by means of culinary magic - turned into a pot of mayonnaise and a tin of meringues. See the extras.
It is years since I bought either of those products and suspect that the commercial brands would no longer suit my palate. Nor my purse…
