a wander over to shengkeng for some hotpot now that new taipei city has resumed indoor dining... less busy than i'd expected but then the news is showing that the island is pockmarked with crowds as this first taste of relative freedom for a bit is taken with glee or relish depending upon your dietary preferences.... and once again while there the heavens opened up, this time one of the most amazing thunderstorms i've ever been caught in, almost directly overhead, little or no pause between flash and clap, so the walk up to the waterfall was postponed... the warrens of the rabbit hole continue, thoughts of checking the old laptop and hoping that it'll forgive me for trespassing upon its slumber and there are a few sd cards and memory stick which have turned up, it's kind of intriguing me now...
