Water sculpture

Where we go bike riding there is a "village" of over 60s, and in the middle there's a rather grotty pond.

It has just sprouted this quite intricate water sculpture of a water wheel and one of the residents says its to aerate the water, so the slime doesn't grow.

It is made up of 50 little cups, welded onto a wheel into which water will be poured to make it spin.

Will be interested to see how it goes.
