W is for ....

... a 1940 Willys.

For our walk today we attended an antique car show at Moore Township park.  This is the first car show we have attended in a while.  There were none held last year so it was probably sometime in 2019.

We had fun looking at all the cars, trucks and hotrods.  But I was particularly struck by the hood ornament of this 1940 Willys ...being a W!
I had to get low in order to just get the sky behind.  But I like the shot. 

On the way to the car show we saw that they had started demolishing the old Newburg Inn restaurant.  Hard to tell by the picture in Extras (this ones for you ShirleyRay!) but this was an upscale restaurant at one time.  We ate there a couple of times and had a lovely meal each time.  The restaurant was housed in an old historic inn that was built in 1750 ... so it's sad to see it being demolished.  But that's progress for you!
