Juggling

I think I had the best day in the office for two years today!  About 20 people from my peer group were in, plus a few friends I haven't seen since March 2019. It was a real, proper, buzzy office. Everyone felt it to which made it even better.

My workshop also went remarkably well, apart from a schoolchild error not practicing some of the techy bits. We (re)covered well.  Lots of actions though.

And one of my mentees a has a in interview for a big promotion. I'm really happy for her, now we just need to work on confidence. As I said, she's running a £10m project whilst juggling two children under six and working with people in four organisations and two countries. I'm not really sure what she's worrying about.
