Best & Worse

The twenty-two month pandemic has brought out the best in some people, the worst in others.
Walking Paddy I get to meet a lot more people, often they stop to talk, mainly about Paddy; “handsome boy” and so on.
Other times we queue to squeeze past cars parked on the pavements so as to avoid paying a £5 all day parking charge or we dodge cars clearly speeding in residential streets.
The cemetery remains a haven, peaceful and quiet, the users have a ‘nodding acquaintance’ and there is always something new to see.
Today it was this poster, in all probability the work of one of the young students that are part of an ‘eco’ project underway in the cemetery.
