Turning over a new leaf

Yes folks - I am turning over a new leaf!  (Well actually an old one really).


Refreshing the diabetic diet info yet again and applying it. Luckily we have good labelling of products here so that I can count the carbs etc. My kitchen scales are back in use on the counter.   I've been 30 years diabetic & 10 or more on insulin.  It gets harder but I'll keep on trying.  A big blow has been the closure of local pools which I used for regular exercise but hopefully they will be opening again soon.  Sorry folks - this post is a bit of a whinge.
