Astrantia

A lovely day. I was awake early .....it's dark at 6am now so after an hours read and a cup of tea I got up and did the yoga video on the TV, I felt quite stiff and needed a stretch. 
Went out to lunch, the senior citizens menu, 2 courses £4.70!!! Gammon and apple crumble very good value for that price. Took Alison B home and went in for a coffee and catchup.
walked round the garden and spotted these lovely Astrantia.
