Rusty Bird

A productive day.

We ordered the bathroom tiles. We don't need them just yet but the sale ends tomorrow so we saved quite a bit getting it done today. Hopefully BHF are coming on Wednesday to take away all the old bedroom furniture which is now in the garage, otherwise there will be nowhere to keep the tiles when they arrive next week.

We then picked up a couple more testers of paint for the bedroom walls. We're pretty much decided they are going to be red, but so far the exact shade is eluding us. Downstairs from the paint shop there was an antiquey place, and we picked up a nice rusty wall panel for the garden. I was hoping it would look good as a blip in mono as it is a special anniversary today, but it didn't work at all. I'm not sure it does in colour, but in case you are wondering it is a rusty bird in a rusty tree, shadowed on the wall.

Camera club Zoom this evening, voting for the summer competition. I put three entries in, but I won't know if they made the short list until this evening.
