Mono Monday 400

In the interest of full disclosure, no I wasn’t baking oat cookies, this was purely staged for blip purposes :-)
I’d thought about counting out 400 flakes of oats, or putting some flour on a board and scribing 400 in it.
But then it dawned on me…..400 grams. That’ll do. Out came the scales.
