Spice mix

I made spring rolls, sort of. I used a very thin dough that I bought frozen. I should have made at least two or three layers but as I didn't know better (yet) it was quite a struggle to get the rolls filled for the deep frying part. And when I managed to get them into the frying pan they broke quite easily. Also most of the spring rolls turned out ugly. But they tasted good.
