Bathing in the Sunlight

The colour is more a deep maroon red. This cellphone isn't picking up the colour too well. It is lovely to see this Orchid in flower again for the forth year. 

We had a lovely sunny day. A cold wind this afternoon kept the temperatures down.

I had some Accuputure this morning to help get things moving after as I am all blocked up.. I will say no more!. I think it maybe helping. Also had a visit to the GP. So things will hopefully will be settled soon. 

Still can't walk without any aids and have a bit more pain as I have done a bit more walking today. It was so good just to get out of the house.
