The last of the buds

A misty and very wet morning. I went out quickly to take a couple of photos. This is a sunflower bud and I doubt very much that it will bloom. 
Most of the vegetable plants and flowers are ready to be  pulled and composted now. Hopefully I'll get most of that done this coming week.
I'm so happy to have an other day of rain.
