Peak Countryside

Waking up to a sunny Peak District morning - view in extras and a restful day on our own was a tonic. Used the heater in the van to take the chill off and de-camped after breakfast to take a short trip into Buxton where we faced the challenge of parking in a busy town on a Saturday morning - finally managed to park in a Waitrose car park with a height barrier on the exit but not the entrance. Did my BG work in a coffee shop and Leyna picked up a few random items to improve van life. Back to the site and by some miracle in the afternoon managed to watch the Liverpool game on my phone despite the internet being so bad last night I couldn’t even post this blip. We went for a walk in the field of sheep - see the other extra and then had Lamb Rogan Josh cooked in the van. As the night drew in I noticed the moon dancing with the clouds out of the van window and took this photo. One of those days when I had more than enough - 14 photos in all, hence the extras. Played cribbage before retiring which Leyna won despite complaining she didn’t know what she was doing :)
