Just resting on top of the wall

I know it's a juvenile gull but I'm not good at gull identification unless it's a Black-headed Gull, a Fulmar, or a Kittiwake.

A super day......shame we had to pack up and come home but not before we had a visit to the harbour and then coffee and the most wonderful chocolate brownie from the pop up van in the grounds of Kellie Castle.

We did have a walk right undo the gardens ..... plenty of Red Admiral butterflies enjoying the Sedum but no Painted Ladies or Small Tortoisehells.
