1920 Lillian Hocknell

Spent this afternoon up at mums. my brother and my sister in law where there to. They are looking at buying a house, so difficult these days for first time buyers.
These paintings hang on my mums wall. They belonged to my great gran who got them as a wedding present.
They are by an artists called Lillian Hocknell who was famous for illustrations and sketches of babies and children used for advertising and catalogues. She did the illustrations for woodwards gripe water in 1923 and this picture dates from 1920, not too sure if its an original, the back of the frame looks like it is, who knows!!
