There's a stretch of the John Muir Way opposite Prestongrange Industrial Museum which runs over land reclaimed from Morrison's Haven, an old Fishing harbour outside Prestonpans. I took the boys down there today to get some air. Neither of them wanted to go. I'd seen loads of tankers gathering in the Forth and wanted to get a better look. It was perishing cold. But when we got there the time we spent throwing stones and 'daring' the waves was priceless.
