STILL STANDING

This old dead tree stump has been here for longer than I can remember, and today I decided to attempt to capture it. I struggled at first to try to separate it from the background as the autofocus kept locking on to the bank in the distance. So, I reverted to a seldom used manual focus setting which, along with 'focus peaking', gave me the result I was after. Sorry if all this is boring the non-techies!
