"Be nice to me" for posting a blip from Friday. The weather, incidentally, has little changed all week. I am laid low with a cold and temperature today. I am a very bad patient. Sadly a super dinner invitation with old friends this evening has also had to be forfeited. No early morning running on the beach for a few days either!
