In the days of DIY and barry Bucknell these were the rage.
You bought the fancy bottle of cider, some mosaic tiles and a "wine bottle lamp kit".
Drink the cider then stick on the mosaics.
The gov made two of these, this one came to light when we attacked the loft today.
