Windmill

A trip to Rayleigh today for the first time in yonks! And we were fearing the worst on the traffic front as it's normally a nightmare to get there, but happily the roads were very clear! even the car park was empty and it was nice to see the windmill again! always good for a blip!

Mum managed to spend her M&Co vouchers that she had - the reason for the trip! - and it was nice to stop in a cafe where they serve tea on lovely pots.  4 cups for me!!   We also picked up some new cushions for the lounge so a productive trip out!

gorgeous sunny weather again this afternoon so summer seems to be hanging around a while longer!  But walking through the woodlands round Rayleigh mount and the trees are starting to shed their leaves!
