Back to the school run

This morning we took Violet to school the first time for us this term and thank fully today the weather was warmer and dryer.  The only photos I have taken  today were a couple of phone shots from the car window and this is one of them, made to look slightly more interesting by the addition of a 'Poster' filter!.  With all the rain that we've had, Epping Forest is certainly looking lush and green.
This afternoon I had lunch with my friend C while Mr MC had a golf afternoon and evening.  He has one more arranged for October before the season for such events ends.  I hope that we don't get a threatened 'Lite Lockdown' if it means that restaurants and cafes will close yet again!
