Ouch. Recovering from a torn calf muscle

So the patient is taking an assortment of drugs as well as regularly icing and always keeping his foot raised. If he doesn't put pressure on it, he doesn't feel any pain. But if he does.... ouch! Oscar and Bailee were delighted by and in awe of the crutches. Oscar wants to be like daddy, and has taken to putting his leg on a pillow whenever he is on the couch.

It has been a good day, sports-wise to be at home sick. Lot's of rugby and cricket. Get better soon Stuart's calf muscle! I will definitely need to be investing in a bell tomorrow!

Oscar and Bailee had a good day. We hung around home as we have been so busy lately and I felt we needed a day at home (And the park), to get us grounded again!
