After the moments of inspiration of yesterday, it was back to the obligatory Sunday afternoon march to walk off the excesses of the London indulgences. Norfolk's flat so the paths tend to be straight and don't meander too much, especially around the forestry commissions lands. Feel alot better for it (not sure I mean that!)
