Sous-chef salad
A la Niçoise, with potatoes, tomatoes, beans, lettuce, eggs, olives, anchovis, tuna and smoked salmon - all organic and home grown except for the olives and the eggs. They are delivered by the cutest kid who runs a flourishing business with his chickens and lives in our neighborhood.
Slowly preparing for our 4 weeks trip to Germany. There is a lot to think of.
