Three's a Cacophony
The Men Up Trees are back, doing some light pruning out of the deadwood of the Wellingtonia, and felling some diseased Ashes. I fear the latter job will recur, but we're hanging on to as many as we can.
The Wellingtonia looks even bigger now with its uncluttered trunk, and the felled Ashes have created some good spaces and breathing space for the adjacent trees.
Why the title? We've newish neighbours across the road and they are at the stage we were 6 years ago. They've had tree surgeons in all week, dealing with decades of neglected laurel (we know the problem well). Also it seems their newish neighbour is doing much the same.
One tree shredder is loud. Three, is something special.
