Selfie

Walked to Bingley to buy frozen vegetables - decided this is the way to go when cooking for one - have discovered it easier to buy fresh fruit in the quantities I require - but not vegetables - had Brussel sprouts with my tea tonight - passed Beckfoot Lodge - discovered I’d taken a selfie - am reflected in the window

Later spent a good couple of hours with long-standing friends in the local - no vegetating going on there
