Low tide at Scout Dyke...

...whereas the res at Ingbirchworth is almost overflowing...

Pilates this morning - Roy came in to Wakefield too and pottered round Sainsbury's and Waterstones while I was on the rack... Podiatrist this aft, so we're walking on air ;)

When we got home the sun was shining and it was warm - so Roy suggested a cuppa and then a walk down to Scout Dyke to bag my "wide water" blip. It's a walk we did quite a lot during lockdown, but haven't done for a while and it was just that bit further and a bit rougher underfoot to test the new hip...

All good - the late afternoon light was beautiful, and there's a heron on the water if you look hard enough ;)
