Mist Rolling in from the Sea

despite the gloomy picture it was a lovely day for our 12 mile trek from Balerno to the Nine Mile Burn and back, lots of grouse celebrating the end of the season, a few cyclists and a couple of walkers but pretty much the Pentlands to ourselves.
