One of the benefits of working from home a couple of days per week is the opportunity for a sunrise cycle or jog.

A bit of a colourful sunrise this morning, the rain stopped and a chance to run on the beach and up the cliff steps.

Time to buy a new pair of running shoes… I see these a lot in a distinctive yellow.
