Solace in The Wind

 A very famous Art object in Wellington and this morning we passed it on the way to the Railways station to catch a Bus.
Ok OK I know...But Welli Bus hub is next door to the Railway Station and we joined a friend to ride directly to the Churton Park walk start for the day and returned the same way to have Hot Choc and cookies later.

Welli is still in a grade 2.5 lockdown while Auckland continues to get less cases most days and we are ever hopeful with Vaccinations moving along faster. There is now a Vaccination  Bus to deal with small communities and a competition to name it...Some of the suggestions are hilarious but not repeatable on Blip... 
Welli was neither wet or windy and the walk was great to catch up with folk not chatted to for a while.
Distances and Masks were of course the order of the day.
and if you didn't sign in with your mask on at the Cafe, you were not served.
