Designs

This morning I went for a swim then round to Mums with some shopping .
I met my palmJackie in Designs cafe for a lovely lunch. I had a dal and rice , tasty.
We went for a short walk beside Carlingwalk Loch
I shared an intermediate yoga class in the evening.
I had 10 in the face - face class and 4 on Zoom:-)
