Uk holidays at their best!

We are just over 60 miles from home and having an amazing time. We woke up to rain which always sounds loud in a caravan but the day brightened up and has been lovely. We went to skelwith Bridge for breakfast, called in at Coniston to let Reggie have some time in the lake, then as the light was so good we stopped at the head of the lake for me to take a couple looking down the lake (see extra) before heading off to Keswick for a wander around. It was such a lovely evening we went down to Arnside to go up the Knott to watch the sunset. It was a wise move as it was just stunning - and burnt off enough calories to allow me to have a bottle of Purple Panther Porter with my tea tonight.
