A dreich day in Edinburgh.

Not unpleasant. One of my boots is leaking. Time to visit Lidl for a new pair. They are not that old but they have done a lot of miles, there is barely any tread left. 

So, us oldies are getting a booster jab according to Wee Nippy, but it might not be the Vauxhaul Astra jab but the Pffizzer. 

In other news my little brother is 60 tomorrow! It seems only yesterday I persuaded him to walk into the waves on the beach assuring him holding a plastic carrier bag in front of his legs would protect his socks and shoes. Well I say not yesterday - probably half a century ago. Time flies when you are having fun.
