SPIRALEN, DRAMMEN

Still enjoying Norway with The Rev......who had a very early start at dockside doing something manly!! He was due back at 3.....but he returned before 9 so we had breakfast together...then got a taxi through a mountain tunnel to the top of a mountain overlooking Drammen; where we are staying.....once the taxi had left us we were then informed by a skier " you can't walk down in winter'!!!!! So The Rev called one of his work colleagues to come and rescue us!!
So we walked through he forest, made snow angels and read in the warm sunshine, happy to gaze at this amazing view out to the fjords.

Then because one man isn't at the dock to look at something and sign piece of paper the whole project has been stopped while they fly him from Madrid via Amsterdam......everyone has to stay for 2 more days at a cost of at least $ 30,000.....no wonder our fuel cost sooo much and I have to fly home alone!

Tonight we are enjoying a night at a nice hotel near the airport and are just off for a sauna before a meal out.
