Keith and I have been out for the morning Keith has been helping friends do some gardening and we had a bit of dinner

We are have a afternoon rest then we have two jobs to do and me having one arm Keith will be doing most the work I donor k ow what I would do with out him struggle I think. We have to clean Johnny out and wash my hair things you take for granted when you do them your self.

I had to go back in to the challenge list and it was up so here I am looking up I was in bed looking at the tv that is on the wall
