Sick Puppy

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Eldest Mini Princess,

Just so you know before you read this (as I am back blipping) that everything is fine now.

It was a rough day. About an hour after I had taken Murphy out for a walk, it was clear he was very unwell.

We took him to the emergency vet who admitted him quickly. Looks like Murphy has eaten something toxic on our walk and the vet’s suspicion was drugs.

She called later to say that his liver and kidney function tests results were good and that she thought he was improving. He’d managed to stand up on his own and take a couple of steps towards her to lay his head on her leg.

“He’s just such a teddy bear”.

I was so grateful that he had someone to give him cuddles.
