Fall is on its way

I've been noticing the fall leaves around town and today noticed my sedum had it's fall color.

Spent a few hours today helping my sister figure out what she can eat with her poor kidneys. I'll be doing some cooking for her and and needed to get a better idea of what she can and can't have. I think we got a good start.
