Loch Caoldair

I have an instrument which has to go to the Edinburgh workshop for calibration. I had arranged to meet D from the company at Dalwhinnie. He had a day trip north to Inverness and could then pass my instrument to his colleagues for testing on his return. Mrs SJR and the dogs came for the 9.30 meeting at Dalwhinnie. Thereafter we had a wee walk from the Laggan -over the hill- road up to Loch Caoldair.
Archie pulled hard on his lead as I was crouched to take a photo with my phone. The weight of my rucksack had me off balance and I rolled backward on the ground dropping the phone. When I retrieved it, it had a small crack in the back camera glass shield. "Oh dear!"
Back at the desk by lunch time.
