Hey Kim Jong Jelly baby!!!!
I noticed yesterday that Heartfeaks Mr W went to the garden centre to purchase a path cleaner, ie a Moss brush. These are normally a steel brush, similar to a nail brush attached to a pole. After a few scrubs the wires become matted and about as useful as a choccy fireguard.
Some of you may find my bodge useful, others will pour scorn a few will wonder why I get up each day. You make your choice!
Somewhere, deep inside the garage or shed you may have a three pronged soil rake. It’s quite useful but ours had not been used for eons. The Garden fairy lost her cool when she purchased a steel brush thingy to clear the moss between our pavers. Don’t know why, I like the moss but it’s her garden therefore her shout. Watching her wretched sweaty form I had an idea. Then I concentrated some more, discarded that sordid idea and decided to help her.
If you don’t need the three pronged rake try this. Undo the two nuts that hold it together, allegedly, the three prongs will not fall out as they have been spot welded. Use Herculean force and snap them off. I then filed a better point on one, a total waste of time as it soon wore down. Simply place one of the prongs in the central position and do up the nuts. As may be seen in the extra you now have a simple brick cleaner, it requires minimal force (so the GF doesn’t get sweaty doh!) And to cap it all you also have two replacement prongs.
Rednecks are my favourite ‘Murrikans. They have a self deprecating sense of humour.
Heavy grain trucks were a constant source of sorrow for their owners as when the load is raised by the single hydraulic system the piston would occasionally fail, thus the load and truck were damaged. A clever chap devised a method whereby the lorry drives onto a ramp, is clamped in place then is raised as a whole unit. The load pours out where it is supposed to be and everybody is happy. This little video is only 8 seconds long but the Redneck is sending a heartfelt message to Kim Jong Jelly Baby.
