Steckerlfisch

This is one of my favourite Austrian foods. Trout roasted over hot coals and eaten outdoors with a slice of fresh bread and a cold beer. Heaven. Our neighbours‘ fishing club hosted this fund raiser after having to drain the dam for some repairs.
