In the bushes

We managed a walk with Shiv today, not far but it was good to see her off lead and enjoying snuffles in a quiet area by the river.

She wasn’t impressed that we were going out for lunch so retreated to one of her favourite hiding places.

We were forgiven though when a waggy tailed girl met us at the gate when we got home after a great afternoon with Sue and her family, delicious food, fine wine and lots of laughter.

It’s been a really great Sunday.
