Today I was overtaken by a dinosaur at parkrun.

After the run I was fortunate to get a hug from William who is one of the baby dinosaurs in the buggy.

William has spent a lot of his short life in hospital and his dad runs in a variety of costumes to entertain William and to raise funds.
