Paella

Cooked by my sister-in-law and served with Rioja and Manchego cheese to get us in the mood for our trip tomorrow. Hair of the dog was very much required for Mr P after yesterday’s reunion.
After all the intensity of the last few days, it was lovely to relax with family today. I enjoyed a walk in Claygate Woods in the morning and sat out in the garden in the afternoon. That said filling out our Health Control Forms online was a bureaucratic nightmare!
