Fairytales

In the magic woodland was the fairytale castle of... oh, ok, you know this one eh?

We've had a full house this weekend, which after so long has been tremendous fun. Today we meandered - ie we used the satnav when we really didn't need to and got horribly lost in well known places, along twisty country lanes! - up to Painswick and the Rococo Gardens there.

We've done the gardens before, some years back, but I don't think we ever explored the woods, which were suitably unkempt and a stark contrast to the geometrically laid out flower and vegetable beds. In the magic woods, we found this fairytale castle.

And now a brief respite before Ivy arrives, lol.
