Chester Romans

Mangren gave me the nod that there was an NFL game this afternoon in Chester. We turned up in very poor weather conditions with no idea about the rules. We overcame the weather, but the rules defy logic. How can a 15 minute quarter take so long? We left after an hour or so as it looked like it was going to be at least two hours worth of a cross between rugby and wrestling with very few opportunities for a clean shot. The opposition, Manchester Titans, were 6-0 down when we left and the rain was nearly torrential.
