Sauna insulation and moisture protection

As can be seen the sauna insulation is there. BUT it is not made is it is supposed (in my opinion). there should be aluminium paper all the way down (temp can be up to 60C where the plastic is). There was no gap between sauna panels and aluminium paper as supposed so panels can breath and dry properly without danger of molding (luckily that did not happen).

So, now we took all panels out, the paper out, some of the rock wool that had gotten moist in we took out. Next week task is to put new rock wool, new aluminium paper, new batten, draw the cables for the lights and then the panels, sauna benches.

You can also see from the old panels that they are really dark and dirty. New panels are going to be black alder, same as the benches. Instead of one big light on the wall we are going to install 14-18 LED lights in the ceiling and one for the the sauna oven (kiuas).

Big plans. Now off to work...
