Salford Quay

We’d a straightforward journey down to Manchester (masks off at Lockerbie) and spent the evening around the media centre at Salford. It’s interesting, as a Scot, to see the vast majority of folk in shops and restaurants not wearing masks - and of course levels of Covid are higher in Scotland! We’d a nice meal before retiring to our accommodation to cheer on the fantastic Emma Raducanu. An astonishing story.
