Tea and dahlias

H hadn’t decided if she could come down today but at the last moment did so I picked flowers for her room, made some blackberry, apple and thyme sorbet (vg) and we picked her up from Haslemere   We then went over to see Mum and picked dahlias and ate ginger cake from the Farm Shop for tea. Stood in the kitchen while we cleared up listening to Emma Radacanu win the US Open - even though it was on Channel 4 it wouldn’t play through the app. What an exciting event that was!
