Delivery

We took in a delivery for a neighbour this afternoon. The delivery drivers had managed to get ahead of the Tour of Britain road closures, so didn’t want to end up delayed behind them. They phoned the neighbour and explained it would be with us.

Before long, they were back. They got the wrong street, so it wasn’t our neighbour. The true recipient of the parcel had been on the phone angry that their neighbour hadn’t taken in a parcel.
